It was super convenient being just a 2-minute walk from the town center and a half-hour drive to Mablethorpe. The cottage itself was jaw-dropping, providing all the modern amenities you could need. The 2-bedroom apartment at Auctioneers Cottage was a cozy retreat for my solo adventure. The flat-screen TV and kitchen with a fridge and oven made me feel right at home. The private entrance added a touch of exclusivity, and having a microwave was a convenient bonus.

Personally, I found the only downside to be the size of the kitchen. However, I understand that others may still enjoy its compact charm.
